On 10- 18-2008 I placed a bid on a Toshiba Tecra 550 laptop on Ebay.

I emailed after I had won regarding the shipping because Russ had screwed that part of the auction up.

After a brief exchange where I obviously pissed him off for enquiring about his RIP OFF shipping, I paid on 10-20-2008

Here is a printout of the invoice showing the RIP OFF shipping and insurance.

Here is a printout showing his asshole response on my RIP OFF shipping inquiry.

Here is a printout of an email alerting me to his shipping.

 

So I get the laptop several days later as RIP OFF Wu sent it FedEx Ground. With what I paid, I should have gotten 2 day.

Rippoff Wu used USPS envelopes for "packing material"

 

The laptop was put in a bubble mailer envelope. Ripoff Wu didn't spend 1 PENNY on this packing job.

So now I have a damaged laptop. Thanks for nothing Wu.

I send an email alerting him to the damage and here is his response. Its above my original message which he quoted back. The feedback extorsion begins.

At this point I open a complaint with ebay and call American Express.

I am steaming at this point. on 11-20-2008 I sent a final email to RIP OFF Russ Wu. Once again he demands positive feedback before he either A: Sends me the insurance or B: refunds my entire purchase price.

Today I create this web page and begin posting the Wu story on every Ebay ripoff seller site I can find. I still have not gotten my money from this assclown.

    Buyer damaged Laptop, then blamed me. Sorry this didn't work out.
